All charges due on bank transfers must be paid by the participant.

By bank draft:<*dv_0*> drafts and cheques must be issued in Euro, payable to 7th ECE Helsinki. A copy of the bank draft/cheque must be attached to the registration form.

Cancellations

Cancellation of registration will only be processed upon receipt of written notification. Currency exchanges are the responsibility of the registrant and the Congress Secretariat will accept no liability for money loss through bank charges, transfers or currency fluctuations. Registrations forms not accompanied by the appropriate payments as outlined above will not be honoured until full payment is received. Refunds will be settled within one month of the congress, in order to facilitate necessary organisational and logistic procedures.

Cancellation of registration fees:

• On/Before 10th March 2006 Fees refunded, less 50Euro administration fee
• On/Before 21st April 2006 Fees refunded, less 30%
• On/Before 19th May 2006 Fees refunded, less 60%
• On/Before 16th June 2006 Fees refunded. Less 80%
• From 17th June 2006 No refunds

Cancellation of optional events:

• No cancellation fees will be applied to the Gala Dinner and Eurepa Teaching Sessions until 16th June 2006. From 17th June fees will not be refunded
• The name change fee (EUR 80.00 after 19th May 2006) is not refundable at any time.
• Eurepa Teaching Sessions can be exchanged during the congress at no additional cost subject to availability.
• Change of ownership of Gala Event tickets is possible at no additional cost.
